Waimarino Lodge unveils limited-edition memberships

Waimarino Lodge, a luxury retreat at Lake Wakatipu near Queenstown, has announced the launch of an exclusive membership program, with construction now underway.

The membership offers much more than accommodation on the South Island of New Zealand, it delivers immersive and bespoke experiences designed to connect guests with both the stunning natural landscape and the essence of luxury. With only a very limited number of memberships ever to be made available, members will be part of an elite founding group.

At Waimarino, members become part of the lodge’s family, returning time and again to experience the unique blend of luxury, adventure, and relaxation. Each membership includes 20 nights premium accommodation (or 80 nights for corporate members) to be used at their leisure throughout the term of the membership.

A milestone achievement: construction begins

After four years of meticulous planning, Waimarino Lodge has received resource consent approval, and has begun construction, bookings open six months before the estimated launch in Q4 2026. The lodge opens its doors to the public after members have had the first opportunity to experience the property. Members will be kept up to date on the development progress via email.
