Wild and windy conditions may have momentarily paused proceedings, but the excitement was palpable throughout Lisbon’s Marriot Hotel as international media gathered ahead of becoming the first to board Norwegian Cruise Line’s newest ship, Norwegian Aqua.
Travel Weekly has just boarded Norwegian Aqua for her inaugural sailing this week and wow, she’s a stunner.
After wild weather and strong winds threw plans into disarray and caused plenty of stress for our incredible organisers, Anne Wild and Leanne Fonagy, we can gladly say we’ve made it to our room.
First impressions, sleek and stylish with cool blues contrasting calm tones throughout the ship, but that’s all we’ve seen in our first moments on board, it’s time for dinner!
