Wendy Wu Tours is celebrating Japan Cherry Blossom season with exclusive 2026 offers, now available as part of the Ready, Set, Travel campaign, offering savings on select departures.

Running until Friday 27 February 2026, the campaign brings together multiple offers under the Ready, Set, Travel banner, with savings of up to $2,500 per person across selected group tours. Japan cherry blossom departures are included in the campaign, with savings of up to $1,000 per person, alongside a number of Wendy Wu Tours’ core itineraries offering higher savings.

With the cherry blossom season in full swing from mid-March to early April, Japan offers Australian travellers an amazing opportunity to witness the country’s beauty at its peak. These departures pair stunning seasonal scenery with cultural immersion and expert-led experiences, reflecting why 46 per cent of Australians are wanting to dive into local culture, according to Wendy Wu’s recent Journey Ahead report.

“Japan’s cherry blossom season is truly something special,” Wendy Wu Tours Australia head of marketing Amanda Bruno said. “Our tours are crafted to give travellers a balance of cultural discovery, natural wonders, and moments of calm to really soak it all in. For many, travelling during this period presents a rare chance to witness these iconic blossoms in full bloom and to connect with experiences that you’ll remember long after the trip is over.”

More than 1,700 departures are included across the campaign, covering Wendy Wu Tours’ most popular destinations and travel styles, including:

Wendy Wu Tours 22-day Japan by Rail – Prices from $16,980pp

This classic itinerary takes travellers across all three main islands of Japan: Kyushu, Honshu and Hokkaido on the world-famous bullet train, from Fukuoka to Sapporo, combining iconic cityscapes with rural landscapes at the height of cherry blossom season. Visitors will explore Kyoto’s ancient temples, the torii gates of Fushimi Inari Shrine, and the cosmopolitan energy of Tokyo, with curated-cultural experiences including a traditional tea ceremony, market visits, and scenic garden walks.

Wendy Wu Tours 18-day Japan Uncovered – Prices for cherry blossom departures from $14,680pp

Japan Uncovered blends the country’s historic and modern highlights, with visits to Osaka, Hiroshima, Kanazawa, Mt Fuji, and Tokyo. Travellers will uncover charming villages such as Shirakawa-go and Takayama, wander the historical streets of Nara, all while taking in the seasonal beauty of cherry blossoms.

Wendy Wu Tours 14-day Discover Japan – Prices for cherry blossom departures from $12,090pp

Discover Japan offers a shorter, yet rich, itinerary combining Tokyo, Kyoto, Mt Fuji and Shirakawa-go. Guests will enjoy cultural highlights such as ancient temples, picturesque villages, and vibrant cityscapes, alongside nature experiences like cherry blossom viewing in gardens, temple precincts, and riverbanks, creating an unforgettable springtime journey.
