Attention, glitter fiends! We’ve got the perfect place for you.
From donuts sprinkled with glitter to sparkling shoes and glitter-coated body parts, glitter is a trend that’s here to stay.
And now one LA restaurant has taken the trend a step further – glitter pizza. We’re not sure how we feel about it, TBH.
Will the pizza still taste like pizza? Will it taste like food colouring? Will the glitter get stuck in your mouth like fine sand? Or will it dissolve into cheesy deliciousness?
We can’t figure out if it looks odd or appetising, so take a look for yourself:

This unicorn-rainbow-glitter pizza comes from the masterminds over at DagWoods in Santa Monica, who have been serving up the colourful pies all summer.
And it’s been so popular that staff can barely keep up with demand, according to Lonely Planet.
The creation has aptly been named “#MagicalAF”, which owner Mark Peters said his sister, Nova, came up with.
“She runs Nova Han Productions and does tons of super incredible stage and art work for numerous festivals across the country. We came up with the name together as a team, it’s a little bit tongue-in-cheek but everybody gets a serious kick out of it,” he told Lonely Planet.

And, we can confirm, the pizza just tastes like a regular cheese pizza. You can add extra toppings if you want, but that would probably ruin the glitter effect, right?
“The MagicalAF is meant to be just our homemade dough and sauce with a little bit of extra mozzarella cheese, and of course the ‘unicorn puke’/edible glitter,” Peters said.
If you can’t make it over to LA just yet, don’t worry – DagWoods also do green pizzas for St Patricks Day and heart shaped pizzas for Valentines. Which is definitely worth flying over for, if you ask us.
