For Australian travel advisors looking for USA destinations that offer something a little different, Grapevine, Texas is quickly emerging as a standout addition to Texas itineraries and Dallas Fort Worth stopovers.

Located just 10 minutes from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, Grapevine blends vibrant festivals, live entertainment, great food and authentic Texan hospitality with a walkable Historic Main Street district. The city appeals to couples, families and repeat USA visitors looking to experience a different side of Texas.

To showcase the city to the Australian trade, Grapevine is partnering with Travel Agent Finder on an exclusive campaign giving two Australian travel advisors the opportunity to experience the destination firsthand during the milestone 40th Annual  GrapeFest® in September 2026.

The hosted famil will see the winning advisors travel to Grapevine alongside Travel Agent Finder Founder Anna Shannon, with the itinerary designed to immerse agents in the city’s festivals, food scene, entertainment, Historic Main Street and Urban Wine Trail experiences.

GrapeFest® is celebrating 40 years in 2026.

At the centre of the famil is GrapeFest®, the largest wine festival in the Southwest United States and one of Texas’ most iconic annual events.

Celebrating its 40th anniversary from 17-20 September 2026, GrapeFest® transforms Grapevine’s Historic Main Street into a lively four-day celebration featuring wine tastings, live music, culinary experiences and interactive events.

Beyond GrapeFest®, Grapevine hosts a year-round calendar of festivals and events that keeps visitors returning throughout the seasons.

From the hugely popular Christmas Capital of Texas celebrations and Main Street Fest to live music seven nights a week and seasonal experiences, there is always something happening throughout the city.

Travellers can ride the historic Grapevine Vintage Railroad, explore Lake Grapevine, enjoy shopping at Grapevine Mills and experience the city’s growing dining scene, all without needing extensive transfers or complicated logistics.

Grapevine's location within the Dallas Fort Worth region makes it the perfect add-on to any Texas itinerary.

Grapevine also works particularly well for stopover and add-on itineraries thanks to its location within the Dallas Fort Worth region.

Australian advisors interested in experiencing Grapevine and GrapeFest® firsthand can enter through Travel Agent Finder* for the chance to join the hosted famil in September 2026. Entries close 30 June 2026.
