James Wallace Smith has joined Ynot Concepts as its new sales and marketing manager, making his grand return to the travel industry after 12 years as a teacher.

Wallace Smith has a marketing background and worked in adventure travel for Peregrine Adventures and Quark Expeditions prior to his time in the classroom.

Despite the time away from the industry he’s never lost his passion for travel.

Updating his connections on LinkedIn, Wallace Smith posted: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Sales & Marketing Manager at Ynot Concepts!”

Wallace Smith brings a wealth of travel experience with him, having lived in Kenya, Nepal, England and Chile, worked in Antarctica and the Arctic and has visited more than 80 countries around the world.

He has a marketing degree, a Master of Education, a wealth of destination and product knowledge and is very well connected in the travel industry. Ask him if he’s been there and he probably has!

Ynot Concepts is a boutique marketing agency that provides clients with a network of professionals, offering sales, marketing, PR and social media management. Ynot Concepts mainly operates in the Travel and Tourism sector both here in Australia and overseas.
